1. Start Your Edition

• Create your account.

• Pick your edition: Standard (12pt, more stories) or Senior (24pt, larger photos).

• Select all page layouts for your issue (you can adjust later if needed).

• Confirm order with a 50% deposit to begin design.
   

2. Send Stories & Photos

• You'll receive an email with clear instructions on how to upload your text and images.

• Submit your complete content so we can build your Draft 1.
   

3. Draft Review Process

• All drafts are reviewed via Adobe Acrobat Share (easy online review & commenting):

• Draft 1: We send you the first layout for review.

• Draft 2: After your feedback, we update and send the second draft.

• Draft 3: Final round for edits or approval.

(Two rounds of edits are included.
Additional edits billed at $75/hr.)

4. Approve for Print

• Once you're satisfied, you give Final Approval.

• Balance of design fees is paid.

• We prepare files for printing.

5. Print & Delivery

• Final confirmation sent before printing.

• Choose if you'd like to order additional copies.

• Print Cost: 4-page issue $25 | 8-page issue $40

• Delivery: $25 + postage fees

• Printing and mailing scheduled — allow 5–7 days for delivery.

Need to make a last-minute change? “Stop the Press” option is available with an added fee.

6. Final Confirmation

• You'll receive an email once your newspaper is printed and mailed.

• Your family issue is on its way!
